Born and raised Southern California native, Riverside CA, Mykell Wilson has always had a passion for life, laughter and purpose. He originally began his journey on a path to become a senator but always felt a void to perform, express and ultimately act and dance. After gaining the courage to switch his focus, he directed his energy to dance and began his training on a scholarship program at the world renowned Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles. With hard work and determination, Mykell, in just two years managed to sign with Bloc Agency, teach at the very studio he began his training (Millennium) and work with choreographers such as: Chuck Maldonado, Tessandra Chavez, Jaquel Knight, Brian Friedman, Teresa Espinosa, Fatima Robinson, Shane Sparks, Jae Blaze , Sky Hoffman and many more. Mykell is no stranger to success having been an actor on the MTV series "The Assistant," dancing for Jazmine Sullivan, Jin Akanishi, Gnarls Barkely, and now four years later Choreographer for YM, Prince Chrishan and Kyle Christopher as well as assisting choreographer to Jaquel knight for Britney Spears Femme Fatale Tour, American Idol Tour; just to name a few. Mykell's prominent career has taken off swiftly and after only a few years there have been a lot of opportunities. This is still only the beginning for a star on the rise; the next legend.
