Alvedo has always been gifted in artistic dance and choreography. His passion for the art, tenacity, drive, and execution in dance, paved the way for his big break in dance. Notably, at the age of 19, Alvedo was chosen to choreograph The Wiz at Seattle’s historic Paramount Theatre. At a young age, his pure authentic ability to choreograph dance was noted with accolades in Seattle’s artistic 
community. A year later, Alvedo returned as the choreographer of the musical, The Soul of Beauty and the Beast.

Alvedo completed his Bachelor’s of Arts degree in History at Howard University with a minor in Theatre Arts. After college, Alvedo decided to pursue his heart. He packed up his car and his passion for dance, in pursuit of destiny. Within weeks of moving to Los Angeles, California Alvedo was signed to Bloc Talent Agency as a professional dancer.

After one year of professional dancing, Alvedo has had the honor to work with world renowned choreographers, including Fatima Robinson, Michael Rooney, Brian Friedman, Aakomon (AJ) Jones and Nick Flores.

Alvedo’s ability as a professional dancer earned him the privilege of performing for Grammy-award winning artists, Usher and John Legend. Alvedo was also featured in a national commercial for Target.

Alvedo as a professional dancer has crisp energy, engaging flow, and intuitive creativity. His electrifying moves beg for more. Alvedo says, “The sky is the limit!” He admits his proven success in dance still hasn’t quieted his first love, choreography. What’s next? Alvedo will be choreographing his next move.
